Giselle's daughter and granddaughter brought the innovative “good food to go” store concept to Chicago in 2002. With a catering background, enthusiasm for European cuisine and a flair for selecting unique items, the two set out to offer customers an eclectic mix of foods, each chosen to be outstanding in their categories.
